Two technicians. Fixed prices.
Cascade Plumbing & Water Heaters works for homeowners and landlords across Portland and the suburbs around it.
How we work
The jobs we can price up front have a fixed price, and you book and pay for them online, in an open slot with the technician you want. You know the price and who's coming before anyone knocks on your door.
The bigger jobs, a new water heater or repiping, start with a free estimate visit. Leaks, fixtures and emergencies start with a phone call, so we can hear what's happening.
We work for homeowners and for landlords with houses and apartments to look after, in Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie and Gresham.
