This website is run by Cascade Plumbing & Water Heaters, Portland, OR. You can email us at service@cascadeplumbing.example.com. Our current details are always on our contact page.
What we collect and why
Messages you send us
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your message, what you need help with, your ZIP code if you give it, and any photos you add. Your message is stored on this website and emailed to us so we can reply. We keep it until we delete it.
Online bookings
When you book online, we collect your name, email address and phone number, and the details of your booking: the job, the technician, the date and the time. They are kept on this website so we can manage the booking and send you confirmations. When you pay for a booking, the payment goes through Stripe into our own Stripe account. Your card details go to Stripe and never to this website. If we connect our Google Calendar, each booking is added to that calendar and you may be sent Google's calendar invitation.
Who else handles your information
This website is hosted for us in the United Kingdom by Averbo. Averbo processes this information on our behalf, delivers the website's email, and receives the website's error reports so they can fix faults. An error report can include your IP address and what you typed into a form.
The contact form and the other forms on this website are checked by Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. reCAPTCHA loads with the page, before any cookie choice, and lets Google see your IP address and information about your browser.
Cookies
This website sets a session cookie and a security cookie, which every visitor needs for the website and its forms to work. The website keeps no visitor statistics of its own.
If we switch on Google Analytics or advertising tags (such as Google Ads or the Meta Pixel), a banner will ask you first, and nothing is set until you accept. Your answer is remembered in your browser.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Email service@cascadeplumbing.example.com and we'll reply. We do not sell anyone's personal information.

We may change this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
