The service call covers the visit and the first hour of labor. If a job needs parts or more time, your technician tells you the price first and you decide before any more work starts.
How our prices work
- Fixed-price jobs are paid in full by card when you book. The price covers the job as described on its ticket.
- Estimate visits for a new water heater or repiping are free. You get a price for the work, and you decide whether to go ahead.
- Anything else starts with a service call. If the repair needs parts or more than the first hour, you hear the price before the work goes on.
- Leaks, fixtures and emergencies are booked by phone, so we can hear what's going on first.
